Role-playing Rules
- One Character per member.
- Each character can choose a deck type, no one else is allowed to choose that deck style (first come first serve)
- No Exodia decks
- Banned cards cannot be used in decks.
- Certain Meta cards will be added as an extra limited list, these are normal every day cards to stop people trying to choose the clearly over-powered deck.
- You can only have cards in your deck that are apart of the deck type, for example if you choose to have a Flamvell deck then your synchro monsters can only be the Flamevell synchro monsters, you cannot add extras like scrap dragon or stardust.
- You can make your own custom deck type, but it must be approved as well and you must then explain how the cards relate to it.
- You must send your deck list and type to The Joker for approval
- There is no main character or villain, the Role-play Moderators will decide where the storyline twist will go and they will contact people to be villains and tell them who to target or how to act.
- You can be asked to modify your deck.
- All Role-playing posts must be longer than 50 words.
- Duels are to be done on a duelling system
- During a duel you are to act and speak like a duelist and then copy and paste the text from the duel chat into your next post as a spoiler (so duel using dueling-network.com)
- Role-playing Moderators can remove posts that break rules or show someone trying to take over a storyline that does not involve them as much.
- All posts must still follow all TWA rules.
- The Role-play area of Domino city is also the boundary of it, you cannot role-play an action that takes place outside of the city (for now)
- What happens in the Role-playing section stays in the role-playing section, do not drag it out into the rest of WDA or your post will be removed and you will be warned.
- All Roleplay duels are single duels.
- You cannot run around everywhere and be everywhere at once, the city area is huge, and if you run from one area to another to the next one in the time it takes someone to have a duel or talk to someone then your freaking superman and we all know super powered characters are banned so people actually act like your character should act, if your going from the slums to the duel arena dont just post your exit post in the slums and then instantly post that your in the duel arena actually take the time to act that your character is moving.
- DO NOT GOD POST, seriously, if your character has no way of knowing something do no sit there and post that they suddenly figured things out jsut because you read the thought part of someone elses characters or their speech part, if your character didnt hear it then they have no way of knowing what happened so dont post about it.
- Super natural things will only be given out as temporary parts of storylines to a select few characters (mainly the bad guys) after that part of the story is over they lose those supernatural things.
