Tri-Dorm Battle

Seeing that the triforce tournament was very successful and brought out the competitiveness I have an idea for a much smaller and slightly difference Event.

Since the dorm comp gets little to no attention I think something new should be introduced that pits dorm against dorm but doesnt require as much effort since not all of the WDA members like to put in effort over a long period of time.

Each month each dorm nominates a members (one of their active members) to compete in a Live tournament event similar to the Tri-nations you see in sports. Now this event will be on towards the middle-end of each month on a date and time that suits the three duelists involved. This event will go like this: Each duelist will duel the other 2 duelists twice in the event in order for example:

L.L Vs B.C
B.C Vs E.P
E.P Vs L.L
L.L Vs B.C
B.C Vs E.P
E.P Vs L.L

(order can change from event to event)

After these rounds are done the 2 duelists that have the most wins from their matches Duel again in a Finals Match. (If there is any tie between 2nd and 3rd it comes down to their single duel score from the matches, if that is still a draw they duel one single duel to decide. If there is a 3-way time, each duelist duels each other again in a single duel where the two people who won with the most remaining life points advance to the finals.)

Winner gets 400 TC
2nd: 200 TC
3rd 50Tc

Winner's Dorm receives Bragging rights for the month.

Triforce was implemented as a special tournament, what succeeded triforce was the ocg tour and the next successor will be a special tournament again.

The idea will be kept in mind but it is very hard to implement because it is asked to pick 3 specific members who are willing to give that much time for a live tournament and all happen to be willing to do so at the same time. The reason live tournaments work as they do is that at a specific time you find all those who are willing to give the time at that point, on the other hand trying to arrange the participants, even if just 3, while having to upkeep the condition "best of their dorm + active", would be extremely hard as you'll understand if you think about it. At the same time, having to find that specific time in the month every month makes thinks all the more difficult.

If on the other hand it was a tournament, for an additional tournament to be done at specific time intervals and with a strict time limit, which could easily either deteriorate to the worse members having a glorified minitour or the same guys doing a personal tour every month, is a hard idea to implement as well.
