I take this is why you're here. Sorry, but the procedure is unlikely impossible at the moment unless either you can create your own dueling system and integrate custom cards into it like what Kaiba did a long time ago in KCVDS (Old version, probably unreachable at the moment), or use a proxy by pretending that a certain card is the custom one you made and by agreeing with your friend.
