The big update of 2/18/13

Earlier today, WDA had a huge goof. Every page took a good 10-15 minutes to load. The staff scrambled to troubleshoot it and we eventually restored the forum to its default and erased all of the extra add-ons that I have installed prior to this goof. So I decided to simply switch versions in hope of the forum to heighten its performance (since I know that punBB2 is pretty ancient these days in terms of technical aspects.)We are now using Invision. I also made a new skin and have fixed the forum so that it is viewable.

On that note, I noticed that the forum compresses everything on mobile devices, making it difficult to view. I will be making that a top priority, though I am limited to what I can do due to forumotion disabling me from editing the templates.

Some noticeable add-ons that will be appreciated is the new LIKE button that is there for the sake of showing others that you actually did like their post rather than just leave them in the dark staring at view counts. The other noticable add-on is pre-installed. This add-on is the profile menu in the posts that you will see. It is a way for quick editing. I will figure out how I can better utilize this function in due time.

Did you try using the forum founder account to perform template editing?
Amy did that on DA.

That's exactly what we did. To get the site running again, we had to restore a previous skin and delete all of the add ons I have inatalled. So basically we had to start from scratch. I got fed up with punBb services (it lags on us no matter what we do) and switched over to Invision. Tada!

Also, the dnspro.org is a Google-provided ad-server which continuously sends requests to load more ads, but it cannot while AdBlock is active.
