Assuming that openings/endings don't count(Hell, its hard enough to decide without counting them), let's see...

As Ali posted above, To Hell with Gattai!! is probably TTGL's best OST in my opinion. Libera Me was definitely more epic, but I honestly can't decide between the two, and since Libera Me is more popular, I choose To Hell with.

Best Death Note OST imo.

Plays in the last extra episode. SO CALMING AND NICE.
