Those are the countries where Xbox One is supported, in every other country, a network isn't set up for the Xbox Live to verify, so since you can't do your online verification, you can't use the Xbox One, simple. Maybe a network will be set up in the future for them.
So let's make a crazy assumption. Assume you were going to buy Xbox One at launch.
How many of you would be able to play games on it, and how many of you wouldn't?
