Pk B 6. "Technician Clause": Win a Never Used tier game, no pokemon in your team can carry a move with a base power of over 60. Moves like Hidden Power, Return and Fling the power of which are based on things you can change, must all have at most 60 base power at their basic state (meaning that with Fling for example you cannot have an item that will cause your move to be over 60 base power originally, but if you somehow trick onto your pkmn an item that will cause the move's base power to be over 60, it is legal). Nature Power is not allowed as it will always be an 100 base power move. Attacks which depend on changing conditions of the battle, like Reversal, or on the opponent's conditions, like Gyro Ball, are allowed. Moves with an original base power between 2 and 60 are allowed even if they change their own base power.
