Well certain breeds of small dogs have been known to take down fully grown bears. In fact the best combination is 2 small dogs. One to bark very shrilly and distract the bear while the other one bites the bear's balls from behind. He sinks his teeth right into the bear's furry sack and there's shit all the bear can do but try to swipe at him. Eventually the bear will get down on all fours and try to bite the dog off of his balls. At this point the first dog jumps on the bear's neck and bites through his jugular. In conclusion 2 girls could kill a grizzly if they were properly coordinated and had sharp enough teeth. If executed properly there would be no casualties.

No prior knowledge to combat, meaning they would probably all grab onto the grizzly's body
Do they know that bears ignore dead people?
If they do then they can surprise the grizzly, meaning as many girls as it takes to push the bear down when its off guard
If they dont well, sorry but an arena full of little girls would probably not be enough

Little girls would do fuck all. The most they would be able to do is scratch its eyes out, but I think the only way for them to win would be to just die, and if the number of little girls were restocked over time, and more were added, the bear would eventually just die of exhaustion or one of their bones would lodge in its throat and it would choke to death.

Bearing in mind that bears used to be the masters of the Roman Colosseum.
