Agreed. Masked Dragon is essential. Same with Exploder Dragon and Burial from a Different Dimension. Get rid of REBD. I'd say the same with BEWD.

Not sure on the Hardened Armed Dragons, to be honest. You shouldn't really be tribute summoning. So try these improvements, see if they work, but keep the old stuff side decked in case it doesn't.

-2 Hardened Armed Dragon

-2 BEWD
+2 White Night Dragon
-2 REBD
+2 Prime Material Dragon

I don't know why the goblindbergh things are in there either.

+2 Masked Dragon

Those are improvements I Would say, get rid of the Normal Monster engine because you can basically replace cards with other, much more useful cards, which are just as easy to bring out. However, without Birthright and Ancient Rules you might find it slightly harder to get Dragons on teh field.
Also, next time, use lists. I had to go hunting for card names on Birthright, Goblindbergh, and the egg things I just couldn't be arsed. There's also a blue bubbly-looking spell that I don't even have a clue wtf it is.
Lists make it ten times easier for people to correct and help you with decks. Help us out or we won't take the time out of our day to help you. ;P

goblindbergh + red-eyes wyvern / hard armed = revive blue eyes from grave

I don't see how those cards revive Blue Eyes from teh grave...
