Regarding Rank & Dueling Achievements

Why not?

Because being a level 3 ranked player does not mean you are a level 2 ranked player, self explanatory, you are what you are, not anything else. Usually going to something that is level 3 means you went past something that is level 2, but that is not necessarily the case here, you can go to 3 from 1 without ever touching 2, so you were never 2. It was also structured that way in regards to rewards, if they could stack instead, the rewards for levels 4 and 5 would probably be 1.

Not like it's much of a general thing to discuss or something that other people would actually be part of.

But then I would have to click Messages... then New Topic... and think of which admin to PM... that would be too much work.

The thing here is getting the achievement is not a necessary thing that you are required to do so making you at some point unable to reach it is not an actual issue.

I agree. We get to many topics a week as is. No need to make pointless topics and further increase that problem we're having with them.
