WDA Create a Card Week 12

First topic message reminder :

This week's theme is "two entries". Because of the popularity of last week, we'll be doing free choice again, but this week will go on for an extra week and everyone is allowed 2 entries!

Entries will be voted on separately rather then by the user. This means you must specify what card you're voting for and this also gives people who enter two entries two chances to win.

Create your own Yugioh card using http://www.yugiohcardmaker.net/ or another method if you have one. After submissions are gathered, vote on which cards you think are the best!

Rules:
1. Up to two cards can be submitted.
2. Once a card is submitted, you may not edit it for no reason. (fixing a broken image is fine, changing your submitting is not for instance.)
3. You must vote if you have submitted a card, or else your submission will be disqualified.
4. You cannot change your vote for any reason as soon as you vote.
5. You cannot vote for yourself.
6. Include the name of the creator AND a way to indicate what card you voted for if they entered two, or it will not be counted.

Submissions will start on Friday this is posted up and end on the second Tuesday. Voting will take place on the second Wednesday and Thursday and the results will go up the second Friday along with a new competition. Please include the card image and the cards effect typed out in your submission.

Everyone will vote on their top 3 favorites and you cannot vote for the same person twice. Your first pick will get 3 points, second will get 2 and third will get 1, and the people with the highest points in votes win. The following payouts will be rewarded;

1st - 300 credits
2nd - 200 credits
3rd - 100 credits

If anyone has any suggestions for the next Create a Card tournament, feel free to drop them in this thread, even if you don't have a card submission and they'll be considered for next round.

fusion substitute monster do have a continous-effect while in the hand though.

I'm pretty sure it's negateable by card like skill drain(while it's face-up on the field), though i forget which card stating it.... too much monster under category fusion - substitute =___=

though, it should cover that its not a condition, otherwise why does that condition doesn't applied in the deck like Umi-like Field Spell Card, or Harpie Lady #1/#2/#3

Sorry about that guys. Q_Q Life's been busy, and thanks Lily. xD;

Got the votes tallied up and due to this tournament going for twice the length, I'm going to give out twice as many places. 8D

1st place goes to myself with "Ouka The Scarlet Samurai". Coming in second place is Ryan's "Defender's Instinct". 300 credits will be rewarded to these two.

Coming in 3rd place is Neku's "The Wonderful Moving Castle". 4th place will be going to my "Puhee" and Destined's "Wild-Impressioning Mirror". Both of these people will be rewarded 200 credits.

For 5th place we have a tie between LilyRainEve's "Lysette" and Ryan's "White Swan". For the final place that will earn a reward we have AsianShadow's "Head Start" and Destined's "Maxx D". All of these members will be rewarded 100 credits.

This round turned out much longer then I wished for but I do hope it was fun for everyone. Next CaC should be up very shortly, until then thank you everyone who participated! :3
