I'm gonna go with simple minus and plus here since its simple

then the extra that needs the most work
you needs some things more than others, you don't need turbo warrior as much as you need drill, so -2 turbo warriors, -1 drill warrior. -1 Junk Destroyer, 1 is enough, add a junk berserker to have access to lv7. You have debris and rykos, add an orient dragon and add a librarian. Then add a shooting quasar since you can do it and a recipro dragonfly if you know how to use it. Consider Road Warrior. If you need to drop anything else consider dropping shooting star. You wont be using it that much and even when you can use it you'll have better options 95% of the time.
This deck you have can use call of the haunted well. To begin with you run a lonefire engine there and with other things it is one more way to go quasar. So 2 calls, -treacherous and -a scapegoat or tuning or mst or book.
You went all the way to make a half done quasar deck compared to the first build so why not do those changes and go all out with it, since, I'll be honest, this build has hardly anything to do with your initial one.
