Because Baby Tiragon is so cute, I made a deck full of level 1 monster just to bring him out. I added the Meklords because Baby Tiragon and the Meklords makes a godly combination. Most of these cards are to special summon a monster. Also, I'm thinking of replacing something like Watapon with Gagaga magician, but I'm not sure, so please tell me in the comments. Also be sure to say anything I should add or take away.
