WDA Create a Card Week 14

This week's theme is Flip Effect. Create a monster with a flip effect. Magics and traps are not allowed this time around.

Create your own Yugioh card using http://www.yugiohcardmaker.net/ or another method if you have one. After submissions are gathered, vote on which cards you think are the best!

Rules:
1. ONLY 1 CARD MAY BE SUBMITTED.
2. Once a card is submitted, you may not edit your entry unless it's to fix broken images or very minor mistakes. (You cannot just change the wording or image of your card for instance)
3. You must vote if you have submitted a card.
4. You cannot change your vote for any reason as soon as you vote.
5. You cannot vote for yourself.
6. Include the name of the creator and not the name of the card in your vote or it will not be counted.

Submissions will start on Friday this is posted up and end on Tuesday. Voting will take place Wednesday and Thursday and the results will go up the next Friday along with a new competition. Please include the card image and the cards effect typed out in your submission.

Everyone will vote on their top 3 favorites and you cannot vote for the same person twice. Your first pick will get 3 points, second will get 2 and third will get 1, and the people with the highest points in votes win. The following payouts will be rewarded;

1st - 300 credits
2nd - 200 credits
3rd - 100 credits

If anyone has any suggestions for the next Create a Card tournament, feel free to drop them in this thread, even if you don't have a card submission and they'll be considered for next round.

Gawd,people,when you write summon a monster or return a monster,make sure to write summon from where or return from where,that's like grapha not saying from where he summons and we all assume from hand and throw DW in the trash bin...

Short Effect:

Hints:
1.) Monster is destroyed by battle right after damage calculation is performed
2.) Flip-effect activate one substep latter.
3.) Monster that already destroyed by battle can't targeted
4.) Equip card continously targeting the monster it's equipping
5.) If an effect like "Book of Moon" or "Ring of Destruction" is Chained to the effect of "Destiny Hero - Plasma"/"Relinquished"/"Thousand-Eyes Restrict"/etc so that "Destiny Hero - Plasma" is not face-up on the field at resolution, then the effect of "Destiny Hero - Plasma" etc is not negated and it is still applied. However, the opponent's monster cannot be equipped to "Destiny Hero - Plasma" etc, so the monster is sent from the opponent's Monster Card Zone to the Graveyard.[2]
Conclusion:
if(She Dies by battle) {
you send one monster your opponent control to graveyard;
}else{
you equip the targeted monster to her;
}

Its a slower version of tour guide. To help give agents a slight edge in this format as it can search out Agent of creation - Venus :D

New Purple will be coming in first this time around with "Yusok, The Glutton"!

In second is Destined with "Legendary Six Samurai - Zeris" and Cynical with "Keeper of Lost Animal Souls".

Lastly for third we have Nemlim with "Zero Fighter Girl" and Roboky with "Kinetic Zapper".
