After reading fish's explanation I can piece the mystery together I think. Ninja killer happens to be on the trail of an evil ninja lately, true to the way of the vigilante, and he has found out said ninja has taken refuge in WDA. The topic and title is trying to discretely and efficiently warn us of the danger of an evil ninja among us while he is trying to find and kill him.

Thank you ninja killer, your contribution in ridding the world of evil ninjas and making society safer is appreciated, because pyro, don't let naruto fillers fool you, ninjas are evil.
