Im sorry but isn't he not allowed to join a dorm, he didn't even get tested. Sorry but you can't have your little dorm here without getting tested.

He can post in the dorms topic without getting confirmed but I agree with pyro here, he has to post in the topic, whatever made people think the precedure involves making a topic in whichever dorm is completely beyond me, I mean it's not like it happens anywhere else, there is no similar precedure as far as I know, logic does not dictate such a thing, people specifically say otherwise and it keeps happening... not blaming prismatic, just saying it happens all the time and is getting annoying, we may just block the rights of making a topic in a dorm the group of which you are not in from now on, or block the new duelist group from making new topics in the dormitories section.

i'm sry i wasn't entirely sure where to go to get confirmed but i did try and let my tester know which dorm i wanted to be in after the test itself
