a tourny would help

We're currently doing Triforce tournament, so please refrain from doing any other tourney in the meanwhile. I plan to get that done by the end of the month or some time in February.

I suggest we do something like BC has going on (although I'm helping them as well, thats besides the point.) We can open up something similar to Boulder's Bar and open up a restaurant.

That would be blatent idea theft!
Bring in the firearms dealer, black market smugglers, etc.

Okay,well I have a couple of ideas for a tourney or event:

#1.BURN-BABY-BURN!! Tourney
#2.Create-A-Place Competition(like how BC has a bar,we will have a contest for our own hang out place)
and more(I can think of)

These events might be taken into consideration or not,(I still have to ask Mina),but if it does,it will be done AFTER the Triforce Tourney.

what about an anime deck tourney? deck being a complete copy(without banned cards of course) of the decks from the yugioh anime chars (up to 5ds),dunno,the idea just hitted meh

Gonna intrude on the suggestions (not 1-UP'ing or anything) and give my version of those prior to my own here and say: of coarse we should have a dorm tournament soon, instead of having a competition for a social club how about we just have a simple discussion about it. Not only will discussions shorten the time needed, but its been proven to be a more efficient way to present an idea(s). As for the anime idea, how about we broaden it to "Themed" or just make it an RP tournament? Nothing wrong with having a role playing tournament within our dorms, just have to discuss the idea (that is, if it is popular amongst you all) with the staff and have a majority appeal to it and it is done.

THAT sounds fun and yet applicable :D

Events and tournaments that have gimmicks can fail pretty fast. Just because we have an event doesn't mean people wanna play.

The AznPersuazion made the topic for the entire dorm to see (as I view it Atm, ) and purposely. did this so that there can be a quicker opinion (I assume this was the plan. So I let it slide by anyways since they desire the whole dorm's opinions.)

We could have a competition were we make a kitten deck :3

Okay, now being serious, we could have a simple tournament, like start with extra lifepoints, or start with lower lifepoints. Like, if you're rank 1, you start with ten thousand life points, and if your rank 3, you start with 6000 life points or something like that. Just a random thing I thought of just now.
