So RoRo or The Cynical Duelist isn't around but is still the BC leader, does she plan on returning or is someone else in change of Boulder Canyon and I just missed the topic where it get's explained?

Yes,but I do believe that THE REAL Cynical Duelist whos is FEMALE had the account first and then had a BF named Adam who then broke up with,and then Adam changed the pass to her account now Cynical cannot accesss her account or-She has ofc stopped playing YGO. :/

This all started with a simple question........

Ok so whilst this topic has strayed very very very far off track could we possibly get to the real issue here aside from The Cynical Duelists/RoRo/Adam's real gender (which is clearly MALE from the evidence given in previous replies) and get to the issue as to why BC is under anarchy rule?

Because BC CAN be under anarchy rule. Only thing a leader title can be used for at this point is prestige. And because anarchy is awesome.

And I thought The Real Joker was always fighting for anarchy... At least he does on TV
