Hello members of EP! We have a new tournament for you guys. We hope you like it's theme. We would like to hear if you like special themed tournaments like this or just normal tournaments.
Rules:
-No changing decks
-Side decking is allowed
-Matches are best of three
-Advanced format
-Deck must be constructed completely with aqua, fish, sea serpent typed, water attributed, or any other cards pertaining to the theme or ice/water
-Any spells or traps are usable
-Extra deck can have any monsters
-Side deck must comply to above rules
-We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who isn't active and cannot complete their duel
