All cards allowed (if you try to use this to justify using a banned card I am blacklisting you, just saying)
Matches are all official, first to get 2 duel wins, no draws
Single Elimination
Deck Changing is not allowed
TCG rules
The TO will be deciding the outcomes of matches that are stalled due to inactivity. If you want the win over an inactive opponent claim it first with proper reasoning, otherwise accept whichever result.

Prizes will be decided based upon the number of participants. Approximatelly first place will be (number of participants/4)*125

So it's pretty much just a regular tournament with the March 1st banlist. I'll join then.

The "new banlist" in the title is just flavour really, since the other one was "new year's" this needed a name too. I mean, yeah, we are using the new banlist, but why would we use anything else?

The first matchups are up. Due to the weird number of participants (14) 2 members are going to have to sit out the first serving of matches and get an instant advance to the next round.

To all participants, if you advance to the next round and your opponent has already been decided, you can have your game before the next matches are announced, the deadlines are applied to the tiers so as long as you clear yours you'll be good for the next deadline as well.

If anyone else would like to join, you can do so as long as no match in the tournament has been completed yet. Until the first match is done you can still apply for the tournament and the brackets will just be re-done to include you!
