| Rise to the Top rules:- Spoiler:
- OPEN Tier.
- TCG + OCG.
- Deck Switching allowed.
- All duels will be Open Matches.
- Each duelist has 5 lives.
- Once you lose a match you lose a life, lose all lives and you are out.
- Standard WDA Official duel rules apply.
- WDA Blacklist rules apply.
- Each participant must duel at least once per 24 hours or face disqualification and a warning.
Sign-ups are up till Monday 20th of August and the event will start at the same day.

| I believe he made the tournament when he was a Section mod and was demoted a bit after it was made (for other reasons) so he may think he doesn't have the authority to run it | |

the number of lives everyone has, has been put beside their names. post here and i'll keep the lives count up to date. post your victories here and when u post in duel arena put (RTT) so i can easily see those duels.
