I suggest running rainbow life in psychic decks..if they want to destroy the field spell card..and you chain rainbow life to it..you gain 1000 lp instead of losing 1000 for every counter smile it also works if they attack you for that turn..like a permanent draining shield for one turn blink

It doesn't make you special summon out of the RFG, it's just returning so you won't the seeker effect.

I made one of these decks I'll give you the list so you can get ideas.
I'm not asking you or telling you to copy my deck and tbh I'd prefer it if you wouldn't but it worked pretty well for me with the amounts of cards I had.

The Mentalist Psychicrfp

There are some good parts and some meh parts (Like the Psi-Beasts, they're give or take really. They aren't that good but they can work very well with making quick high level synchro monsters and work well with brain hazard.)

So I wanted to go over a few things which was structure. I built this deck to mostly abuse Seeker to his fullest potential and give you an advantage by removing cards that your opponent might need.

Esper is just there just in case if you are in a tight spot and basically one of the draw powers within the deck. Maxx "C" and Duality are just simply bonuses that I slapped in there to get the deck running more smoothly. Duality's drawback of no special summoning really is no problem in the first 5 turns of an average duel, as you would averagely OP with Overmind, Seeker, or Witch.

My choice in using 2 Overmind Protectors instead of 3, as roro suggested, is because your goal of getting over mind is not to OP with him, and 3 just encourages those chances, especially since your online. In my opinion, 3 is over kill because you can recycle him with Overload or reborn him with moster reborn, cleric and wizard.

Over all this deck is pretty solid, though your weak points are obviously removal decks, Gravekeepers, SAMS, and lucky players. Removal decks can easily be countered by Chaos Hunters, GK's with MST's and trap stuns, sams with gozen match, and those lucky players better have better sacking skills than ID here. If you have a bad hand in OP, then it might take a while and you will take some damage, but hopefully not too much damage depending on how unusable your hand may be.

Overdrive can't be special summoned. I've never got 2 overdrives in 1 hand before, and with cards like Krebons or with late summons from stuff like Seeker, Overdrives can be incredibly easy to pull, and can make massively useful swarms. For example, I usually get Brionac (etc) out as well as an overmind archfiend or a HPB. Single turn synchro swarming, with synchro monsters that will just recover your 2000 LP lost anyway.

Well thats one strategy scratched off. But still, I think 3 is overkill idk thats just me. I OP with 2 Overdrives when I ran 3 in the testing and it haunts me. So I run two for my own safety and consistency. But yes, overmind is amazing, as Brio allows for OTK options.
