What Came First: The Chicken or The Egg?

My answer the this question has always been:

You never asked which egg, you left that open since you never specifically asked if it was the chicken egg or something else, so "the egg" came first, creatures have been laying eggs long before chickens had ever evolved.

and to the question, The Chicken? or the egg? well it is a legit question where one wonders wich came first since a chicken produces an egg and a chicken egg may only be formed by a chicken so it is a circle a circle of chicken and chicken eggs and as we all know a circle has no begginning it just spirals on not knowing where to go or what to do or how to be just one circle spiraling on forver so there realy is no complete answerr bu what we do know is tht any chicken must come from an egg so the egg came first
