So some of you may have noticed these messages occurring lately here. This is similar to a 404 Error, which simply means a failed connection to the server due to failure on the server's end.
There is not much we can do about this since this is on Forumotion's end. There are also a few reasons this may happen on our ends. These include overloading data from javascripts, overload from any other sort of data being processed with other console errors (talking about large amounts of data relative to our forum, not huge packets via Torrent.) This also happens in ACP for the admins if you try multi-tasking with more than 3 tabs in ACP.
So if you experience this issue, do not panic. Just try breaking up your post, edit it a little bit, and try sending it in again. If you have way too many gifs, that may be a part of the problem too. If you're an admin, 3 tabs open in ACP is as good as it gets for phpBB2.
So if this occurs for a lot of you, please post here and I will be sure to send in a complaint to the Forumotion Support Forums to get this fixed. This isn't the first time we've had server issues using phpBB2.
