If you enter a tournament and do not complete your match, cheat or break one of the tournament rules a Tournament Warning will be given. If you receive a Tournament Warning you will be placed on the Tournament Blacklist, this list has different ranks for each warning you receive:
1 Warning: Warning (not an official warning)
2 Warnings: 1 tournament blacklist
3 Warnings: 3 tournaments blacklist
4 Warnings: 5 tournaments blacklist
5 Warnings: forever blacklist
Each Blacklist you receive mean you cannot participate in the next either 1, 3 or 5 tournaments after the tournament you received your warning, this is not optional it is a punishment.
Exceptions will be made for active members if their opponent is the one who has gone inactive or broken the rules.
Please note that if both you and your opponent are active then you cannot blame the other for not completing the duel, there are many ways of contacting members on TWA so you can easily arrange a time to duel.
How hosts will react on several situations:
ex: Minako and Al-bhed miss the deadline.
V1: Neither of them seemed to have contacted the other or informed you of a problem yet were active in the academy.
that way neither one took the effort to pm me to inform me. both get a warning
V2: Both were active and having troubles catching each other. Both informed you of this problem yet they still couldn't get the duel done.
If both have no problems with other members, I will "flip a coin" which proceeds (other hosts might be doing else), and the other will have no blacklist warning.This way the tournament can continue. Most of the time this wouldn't be a common situation.
V3: Minako was active and informed you of Al-bhed's inactivness and couldn't get the duel done because of this.
Al-Bhed is inactive, not competing and not saying why he is inactive. Pretty obvious what will happen right? Minako will move on and Al-Bhed will get a warning
V4: Both vanished and never informed you, neither were active, the duel didn't get done.
Both will get a warning, since both took no effort to duel
