Mirror Maze Tournament

Just have everyone use the same archetype of deck
Post the archetype for the next week/month/whatever right after the tournament ends, and boom everyone has time to test theirs.

but making it a weekly thing is pushing it considering we have a normal and a special tournament both running at the same time already.
