With Dn updating its server to fit with the new ban lists WDA is doing the same (if you didnt realise this was going to happen then your a tad slow)

As of the 1st of September all WDA events, tournaments and offical duels will be completed using the 2011 September Ban list.

BLS set the validation system in the game so that you can only play using saved decks (you need to save again), and if it doesn't agree with the new ban list, then you can't save. Not much of a choice there.
