You're damn right thses are some noob works O.o jk jk they're actually not bad, nuthin wrong with the avi for me, but thie girl in the sig doesn't need the blur effect behind it, gj so far though

EDIT: Just saw the purplish sig not bad either but could use some work

i like the blur eff it attracts more people see in about 20 minutes there will be 5 more posts on here

I find it pretty good. I would refrain from the text if I were you. I'm not so good at text myself, but I wasn't gonna leave that whole place blank. Here's a site that taught me a lot:http://www.sigtutorials.com/ They got c4d's there too so download them.

Hmm I'd look at some tuts about depth and lighting ^^

This one it's quite bad , blur that bg making it stronger near edges and softer near render,

Also te render is to small and should be you focal but really it isn't ^^ make it to cover quiet a bit of the sig and sharpen it after you blur bg.

Now with lighting , when making a sig find a spefific color of two ( max 3-4 ) then at the end choose the color that is used most or looks like it's the light and make a new layer, grab a 100 px brush and brush where the lighting source is and where you want it to hit ( eg side of render face or render body ) then grab your burn tool and burn where
Needs to be darker since it further away from light ( eg sides and corners )

Text shouldn't stick out like a sour thing bit you should be able to easily see it, for beginners go black or White ( here you should of choose White or put it in a lighter place if you like black )


Also work on flow , don't have something going there ten another thing going there , choose one direction at the start and edit everything to fit unlesss it not supposed to.

Plus stop using that texture it's not that good and kinda ruins it , only really use testers on abstract or userbars.

Looks pretty good you are definitely making progress. I would find kimo's tutorial on signature making it helped me a bunch, or just google sig tuts and follow them. The only way to get better is to practice!

Eh happens. I know the feeling better than you think. Just means you need more practice and try to do things out of your so called 'comfort zone' and I'm sure you'll make really great sigs!

lol kidding but uhm yeah just keep messing around with what your doing, with tuts and just experimenting, for your new one it is a good step in the right direction :D . But best advice I can give is if you like don't let other people make you not like it lol. "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" - By uh I don't know.
